Specially designed to support women who experience pelvic pain and complimentary to any chosen medical and psychological professional support, this somatic (body-based) practice is intended for discovery and cultivation of self-nurturing comfort, love and authentic connection within our bodies for a better sense of ease, well-being and aliveness. Exploring within Source (our creative consciousness) we begin to hone a relationship to our body’s intelligence and wholeness. We listen, feel and sense in a playful and interactive space of this greater intelligence through movement, conscious breath and nurturing self touch in community with other women. This is where we can embrace ourselves as our inner strength and insight rises to the occasion for self support and healing.
Rather than choosing or vacillating between attempts to either ignore or confront our pain, we broaden our sensual experience through engaged empathy, curiosity and self nurturing care. It is possible to begin to feel better in our bodies and life even when pain is present.

We’ll get cozy, so wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever you’d like from this list: o meditation pad or comfortable portable chair
o yoga mat or thick blanket to lay on o a cover blanket o your favorite tea mug (I’ll bring tea, but feel free to bring your own favorite) o a favorite portable instrument(s) such as a drum, flute, shaker, etc. o anything else portable and smallish that supports connection to yourself and your body
o You will need a journal and pen
Grounded in reverence for our humanity, there is a particular energy of The Mother that is always present and holds a space of loving care.
